1. Shipping Coverage:

We currently ship products nationwide across Bangladesh. For international delivery, please contact us at thenutrastore@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time:

• Dhaka City: 2–3 business days

• Other cities in Bangladesh: 3–5 business days

• Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service availability and unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges:

• Inside Dhaka: 60 taka – 80 taka

• Outside Dhaka: 100 taka – 150 taka

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to monitor the status of your shipment.
